Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days.  Large orders may take longer.

Orders shipped within the US are shipped at the most reasonable cost which may or may not be USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority 2-Day Mail.  Any shipping fee overage will be refunded when your package ships out.

Other shipping options such as FedEx and UPS are available upon request.  Please send an email for a shipping quote.

International orders are available upon request. Orders shipped outside of the US are shipped First Class International.  Any shipping fee overage will be refunded when your package ships out.  Packages usually take 7-10 days to reach you. However, because of routing issues and customs, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. I will not put "gift" or a lower amount of value on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Return Policy

Due to the type of products we sell, we cannot accept returns. Most of our products are for bath and body and we cannot guarantee the quality of our products once they have been shipped. We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions to our products. We have pages listing the ingredients we use so you may be aware of any ingredients that may cause sensitivities. All of our products have labels listing every ingredient used. Please don't hesitate to email us with a request for ingredients of a particular item. Feel free to contact us to order samples if you are unsure about any possible reactions.

In the event that a product is defective, you must contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will not accept returns on defective products unless you have contacted us first. You must send the product back to us for inspection. If the product is deemed defective we will either ship you a new product or issue you store credit. We will add the cost of shipping the product back to us either in additional product or added to your store credit. We cannot refund the original shipping fees. Please keep a record of your shipping information in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We are not responsible for merchandise that does make it back to us.

If your order was damaged by the shipping company, you must contact them directly. You must keep all boxes and wrappings as the shipping company will need to inspect it. Please do not use any product until inspected by the shipping company.
